Bipasha Basu was at a festival in Pune and was wearing a white and red anarkali. I think the suit is really pretty and looks fab on her. I love it when our actresses wear traditional Indian attire; after all, it is the Indian film industry. Bipasha reminds me of a bottle of wine – she gets more and more beautiful as the days go by. Only if she would make a better choice in her films.

Sonam Kapoor Protests

Although, this post isn't a fashion post, I decided to blog about this since it is an important issue for us. One of the Mumbai journalists, was brutally raped by five men. DISGUSTING! It is sad that at this day and age, we are living in fear.

I have grown to admire Sonam for protesting with people on the streets of Mumbai regarding this issue. Glad that this celebrity made it about others and not herself.

How stunning does Kareena Kapoor look during Lakme Fashion week? I am in love with the lime green dress, her sandals (she wore at both events) and her tight pony tail. Want to achieve this look? Towel dry your hair, apply gel, comb your hair back and VOILA! Don't forget to add hairspray especially during this humidity.

Madhuri's outfit - screams overdone. She needs to calm down with this outfit. Way too much going on with the printed skirt, earrings, maroon heels and blazer. I don't know where to look when I look at her.

PC - I like the fact that she is trying different looks in terms of her hair, but the outfit - TACKY!

Extremely disappointed in Sridevi’s wardrobe choice for her 50^th birthday. I don’t understand...she normally dresses wayyyyy better just going to the airport and decided to wear this? The floral dress is fine, but for your birthday where there’s going to be this much media? Seriously, pick it up a notch. I think what I dislike the most is her over caked on bronzer. Not sure what happened here, but she doesn’t look very happy.

The best dressed for the night – Anil Kapoor! How hot does his son look???? He’s def going to  beat out Ranbir.

Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor - Teaming up?

So apparently, Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor are thinking about launching their own fashion line. I don’t know how I feel about this since Sonam is known for taking fashion risks (those which I often question…why, why WHY???!!!!!) And Kareena, well even though she came out with her “style” book, being one of the top actresses in India doesn’t mean you have a great fashion sense. I am a bit confused about the duo and don’t really think they’ll be putting much effort into it. Obviously, they will have stylists that will be doing most of the work for them.

Karisma Kapoor , the ultimate “Yummy Mummy” has come out with a book where she talks about losing weight post pregnancy, beauty, health and more. She’s def one of my fav actresses from the 90s; I wish she would just come back to films already, despite her recent flop, Dangerous Ishq.

Okay so moving on to the outfit. What the hell is she thinking wearing that? If she was a 16 year old girl going to some rock concert – fine. But like you’re 30 plus, you just released a single with Pitt Bull, like hello get a stylist. I’m sure she has one but this just screams for attention and not in the right way.

We gotta give love to PC for reppin India in Hollywood. I love the Christian Louboutin clutch and high heels paired with a jumpsuit. Since she is in Hollywood, Priyanka needs to majorly update her hair and makeup. Her hair looks wayyyyyy too greasy from the top and I’m soo sick of seeing the same matte red lipstick on her.

Vogue Beauty Awards - Best and Worst Dressed

Undoubtedly, these 3 ladies are on my fashion victim list. Like come on, they can't get a better stylist? Do they not look at themselves in the mirror before leaving???? Tanisha gets an award for being the tackiest.

When you don't know what to wear, go with a LBD. I love Dia's makeup and hair. I wish her dress was tapered at her waist so that it accentuated it rather than making it seem like she's much larger than she really is.
Aditi clearly missed the audition for Black Swan.

All I gotta say is, I hope I look this hot after having two children and a successful long term career. She is def one of the best dressers in Bollywood. Always so sheek and classy!
I love the pale pink dress with the flower detail on the side. The bracelet and chunky stud earrings are a must have this season!!! Even her makeup is just perfect!
